  • Campuses develop strategies and plans for designing and delivering online and hybrid courses
  • Faculty and staff choose “best practices,” tools, and processes for course design and delivery
  • Faculty and staff find existing online or hybrid courses that can be reused and/or adapted.

The portal also provides an organized collection of links to other helpful resources and a showcase of exemplary courses that use MERLOT and other high-quality content.

In this effort, MERLOT was joined by McGraw-Hill Learning Solutions to help develop ways for publishers and MERLOT to blend their resources and give faculty the best choices for high quality and easily customized content at more affordable prices.    We are grateful to McGraw-Hill Learning Solutions for their involvement and support in establishing the portal, and for their collaboration in discovering ways for “Putting Educational Innovations into Practice”.
